Description

STRAWBERRY GUM – Eucalyptus Olidia or Forestberry chewed by Aboriginal people for its sweet, berry flavour. Eucalyptus Olidia is a medium size tree, loves cool weather. Strawberry Gum is a native Australian Gumtree. 

Tasting Notes Leaves aroma and flavour is a combination of strawberry & passionfruit with a hint of Eucalyptus. Sweet and slightly acidic like balsamic vinegar, with fruity undertones that have shades of cinnamon, strawberry and passionfruit.

Uses A wonderful flavour to infuse in dairy, its perfect for desserts such as crème brulee, pavlova, macrons, panacotta, fantastic with chocolate. Can also be used as a calming for the stomach in tea.
