Looking for a hands-on team building activity that makes a difference?
Book a Corporate Volunteering day at our Native Plant Nursery and Bushfood Farm at La Perouse Public School and at our wholesale nursery at Matraville Sports High School, working alongside experienced staff & young IndigiGrow apprentices.
We’re also proud to offer a unique and enriching addition to the day: our Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub (ESBS) experience, which introduces participants to this critically endangered coastal plant community, of which only 3% remains today from La Perouse through to North Head in Sydney Harbour.
Held on the La Perouse Headland in Kamay Botany Bay National Park, this session offers stunning views over Botany Bay, a chance to explore the significance of local native flora, and an opportunity to see and learn about the ESBS up close. It’s also a perfect moment to capture memorable team photos in a spectacular setting.
Following this, you’ll return to the nursery for a hands-on volunteering session, where you can continue to support and connect with our native plant restoration work.
We can accommodate a minimum of 8 participants, with a maximum of 50 volunteers per day.

This is a great place for Australian native plants. The staff at the nursery are very helpful with selections and growing tips.
I have already been back once and shared details with friends. Not far from the beautiful and scenic La Perouse and Frenchmans Bay as well.

A few months ago I heard about IndigiGrow Native Edible Plants Nursery and fortunately decided to visit. I was impressed with the knowledge and commitment of the staff who go out of their way to help you chose the most suitable plants for your garden. The added bonus is that you can learn about our amazing plants and they are reasonably priced too. Well worth the visit.
