Culture & Country

Continuing culture and strengthening connection to country.

We Grow Australian Native Bushfoods and local endangered plants.

At IndigiGrow, we specialise in propagation and growing of Australian native edible plants in the critically endangered Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub (ESBS).

By working with ESBS  this important ecosystem, we educate and engage our young people in culture, connection to Country and teach them how to care for Country.

This will help build wildlife and biodiversity corridors, and create balance in our sustainability chain.

Our Native raspberry is absolutely loaded. Rubus rosifolius, so sweet and tasty.
So exciting with this little harvest of 5 Corners bush lollies from our mother plants we put in a couple years ago. We don’t take bush lollies from the wild as there’s not enough plants to harvest from and also ensure wildlife get what they need and some fall to the ground for future regeneration. Our goal has been to successfully grow cuttings and plant them to increase the seed bank so we can learn how to grow from seed and we are starting to see the results of our hard work. We’re looking forward to doing plenty of seed trials as there’s plenty more bush lollies still on all the plants. Slow and steady wins the race to regenerate 5 corners.
We think someone loves native raspberries.
