Education
Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub (ESBS) is an endangered ecosystem found in beach-side suburbs of coastal Sydney and Royal National Park.
It was once common on coastal lands between North Head (Car-rang-gel) and Botany Bay.
Today, less than 140 hectares remain along the coast. ESBS is listed as critically endangered at both state and national levels.
Consulting
We offer Cultural immersion and development programs helping people to reconnect and care for Country.
IndigiGrow recognises the essential role that culture and connection to country play in creating positive outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Cultural & Environmental Awareness
By rehabilitating this important ecosystem, we help Aboriginal people reconnect and care for Country.
We also encourage the wider community to learn about and plant ESBS in their gardens. IndigiGrow engages, employs and trains young Aboriginal people while supporting them to build long-term connections to country.
Climate resilience and biodiversity are at critically low levels. Indigenous plants, including many endangered species, are central to building back resilience & sustainable environments.
