Chamelaucium Meringur Mist

Common name: Geralton Wax Flower –

I grow best: Full sun to part shade

•Well drained sandy soils, poor soil

•Drought tolerant, also tolerates light frost

•Makes great cut flowers
• Cultural uses- edible plant with the leaf used in infusions and a tangy lemon flavour
• Eastern Suburb Banksia Scrub

Looks like: Chamelauciums require an open sunny position with plenty of air movement. Have a low water requirement but during the drier months will appreciate irrigation. Produce masses of small white flowers.
